Sometimes you don't even need to see the name of a product to know exactly what it is. Take McDonalds for example, as the "golden arch" is all you need to see and you know immediately that a delicious Quarter Pounder awaits. Branding is extremely important in terms of product recognition, but it's not always just about the label alone. There are some Ontario beers that are instantly recognizable, from a distance or with just a glimpse.
5. The "stubby"
An Ontario beer staple for many years, the stubby housed basically every beer brand in the province, and will forever be an unforgettable symbol of shitty macro beginnings of the Ontario beer scene. I realize that the stubby could represent a bunch of different brands, but really, they all taste the same anyway.
